Your use of our services is solely for internal, business purposes. EBS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, nontransferable license to access our platform and services. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
When you sign up for a free trial of any of our Services, we'll grant you access at no cost until the trial period concludes or unless EBS decides to end it earlier. Any information you input or changes you make during this trial will be permanently erased after the trial ends. Please note that during the free trial, the Services are provided 'asis' with no warranties, guarantees, support, or associated liabilities.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these ToS by reference.
We strive to provide the best possible service, but there are certain things we can’t guarantee. Our services may be interrupted, including for maintenance, repairs, upgrades, or network or equipment failures. We may discontinue some or all of our services, including certain features and the support for certain devices and platforms, at any time.
All contents of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and source code, are the property of Expert Business Solutions and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from this content.
As a user of our services, you agree not to misuse our services. This includes, but is not limited to, hacking, disrupting, or testing the vulnerability of our systems or networks; uploading or sharing inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content; or otherwise violating these Terms of Service or the legal rights of others.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including without limitation, if we believe that you have violated these ToS.
In no event will Expert Business Solutions, its affiliates, directors, or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The interpretation, construction, and enforcement of these Terms will be governed by and interpreted in line with the laws of Kuwait. This applies without regard to any potential conflicts with legal provisions from other jurisdictions.
To simplify your experience, your subscriptions will renew automatically unless you choose to cancel. Prior to each renewal, we'll send an email detailing the upcoming charge. If you want to cancel or modify any services, please let us know at least 30 days before the renewal date.
No refunds are available for non-annual subscriptions, such as monthly or quarterly plans. For annual subscriptions, a deduction equivalent to three calendar months will be made, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
If your account is terminated, suspended, or blocked by us due to activities that breach our Terms of Service – including but not limited to phishing, impersonation, fraud, or any legal violations – no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
We reserve the right to update this Agreement. Should we do so, we'll notify you either via a service announcement or through an email to your primary address. When major changes are made that impact your rights, we'll give you a minimum of 30 days' heads up by emailing your primary address. If you disagree with substantial changes made to the Agreement, you have the option to end your use of our Services. Simply notify us via email within 30 days after being informed about the updated Agreement. If you decide to terminate under these circumstances, you'll be eligible for a refund for the unused portion of any advance payments, based on our refund policy. However, if you continue to use the Service beyond the date when the changes take effect, it indicates your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
